Abstract (EN)

In this study, Asrâr al-Arabiyya by Abu al-Barakât al-Anbâri which he examines the subjects of ilm al-nahv in the terms of reason and reasoning is analyzed. The main source of this analysis is Lumau' al-Adilla by Anbâri which is regarded the first comprehensive and seperate work about the methodology of ilm al-nahv. It is seen that Anbari is mostly consistent and more close to the school of Basra in theory and practice. He makes an effort to base every issue on an reason. These reasons are found sometimes by the evidence of semâ and sometimes by analogy. The evidence of semâ provides direct emergence of hukm and forms the source of the first rukn of analogy which is called maqıs al-aleyh. Sometimes some various methods of deduction step in. These methods sometimes are used as a seperate evidence, and sometimes are regarded as a helper which is subject to analogy.
