Abstract (EN)

With the development of technology from past to present, the processing of free-form surface parts is carried out with high-tech machines in the manufacturing industry. Robotic machining is a method used in processing these types of parts. Robot end-effectors play an important role in the processing of workpieces in robotic machining machines. An end-effector design was made to be used in robotic electrochemical machining machines and to increase machine efficiency. Most of the designed end-effectors parts were produced using a 3D printer in order to reduce production costs and increase the load-carrying capacity of the robot arm used. Three experiments were carried out with three different workpieces with the end effector connected to the previously designed robotic machining bench. Differences in material weights were examined by increasing the test duration each time. As a result of the experiment, it was concluded that the amount of processed material was 80 mg and was obtained in the maximum processing time. Material removal rate increased as the machining time increased.
