Abstract (EN)

This study aims to reveal the role of migration intention in the impact of internal entrepreneurship on career satisfaction and employee performance in the banking, manufacturing industry and tourism sectors with an intergenerational comparison. A survey was conducted on employees working in the banking, manufacturing industry and tourism sectors operating in Antalya province, and it was observed that the results of the analysis supported our hypotheses. As a result of this analysis, a positive and significant impact on business performance of internal entrepreneurship, internal positive and significant impact on the career satisfaction of entrepreneurship, internal entrepreneurship - job performance relationship has a regulatory role in the migration intentions of internal entrepreneurship career satisfaction has a regulatory role in the relationship of migration intentions, the results have been achieved.
