While searching about nutrition, antropometric statistics, feeding and clinical findings are used. When we tolk about nutrition, the best role we should talk about is nutrition parameters. For some ilnesses, nutrition parameter changes have some special effects..a In this research the main point is whiling hospitalizing in internal ilnesses clinicshow nutrition changes effects our lines. For this reason, in terms of nutritional finding evaluations patients social-demographic such as Xgender, age, education, marital, status, jop, monthly income, reason for sickness; social security, coming in to hospital on going out date, clinic name, medicine taken at home and in hospital, dieatry, supar diabetic) asked to them and antropometric scales made by a group. In this research patients did not ask to give any blood samples. While patients in the hospital at the begining and in the end doctors laboratory findings resulted. All researchs made while patients in the hospital. Nutritional evaluations and antropometric scales also made while patients were in the hospital. Patients changings have been categorized at the begining and at the end of the hospital period. Nutritional risk factors have been made and nutritional parameters classified as, steady, upword and downword, with the help of caliper, skin part, measured (biceps, triseps and supscapular). Research papers includes 208 patients and avarage age group is 57±13,5 years old. For the statistical evaluations, t test, oneway Anova, Paired Sample and Corelation tests are used. In our research, getting in the hospital reduced nutritional parameters effects such as, BKI, belly, arm and hip diameters, biseps, triceps, subscapular skin thickness and body fat. Hospitalizing haven't really changed belly and hips diameter. Patients antropometric evaluations showed us that, gender, age, education, marital status, profession groups and social security scales have no spesific4 differences checking in and out of the hospital ( pX),05). Social -demographic specialties does not effect on antropometric scales^ In our research, patients hospital laboratory ^records at the beginning and in the end does not show any significant differences on gender, age education, marital status, profession grups, and social security (p>0,05). Being hospitalized had a good affect on cholosterol's decrease. Laboratory findings also shows that when hospital period gets longer cholosterol degree changes stays around same amount.(r= -0,18, p<0,05). Hospitalizing haven't changed other laboratory results (p>0,05). Patients, those who joined the research, Jiane some significiant differences between their hip diameter and WHR. Between Body fat degree, body weight and BKI have some statistical differences (p<0,05). In our research, hospitalizing period effect nutritional changes. Those who are hospitalized in hospital if they get proper feeding process they get well sooner and their complications reduces. This will be a positive way for all patients.
