Abstract (EN)
With our study, it is aimed to examine in detail the case of getting rid of debt, which is a type of case specific to enforcement law. This comprehensive review includes the specifics of the case. In addition, it has been compared with other types of cases. In the first chapter of the study, the definition and legal nature of the case were examined in general. The scope and purpose of the case were examined and compared with other types of cases. In the second chapter of the study, the issue of authorized court is examined. The issue of mediation in the case was written and special case conditions are included. In the last part of the study, provisions, legal remedies, lien specific to bills of exchange are examined in a limited way. Criticisms of the case have been tried to be explained.
