Abstract (EN)

As a result of the researches,it was determined that the internal marketing practices and the concept of intrepreneurship applied to employees were interrelated. However, no study has been found to reveal the effect of internal marketing practices on intrepreneurship behaviors. The main purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of internal marketing practices and sub-factors on intrapreneurship behaviors. In accordance with the aim, questionnare technique which is one of the quantitative data collection techniques was applied. Survey data were obtained by conducting surveys on 400 participants working in 5-star hotels operating in Alanya district in June 2019. Reliability analysis, percentage, frequency, arithmetic mean and standard deviation values were used for descriptive analysis, Independent Samples t Test and One Way ANOVA tests for difference analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods applied in the correlation test As a result of the analysis, it was determined that internal marketing practices had a meaningful effect on intrepreneurship behaviors. In addition, as a result of the analysis, it was determined that the attitudes of the participants towards internal marketing and intrepreneurship behaviors differed significantly according to some personal characteristics.
