Tacit acts as a solution to the silence of the administration against applications

This study focused on the problem of the silence of the administration against the applications directed to it and the tacit acts, one of the legal instruments to this problem. In the last two decades, the legal effects and results of the implicit acceptance, which are accepted as a general provision in many Civil Law countries, have been discussed and evaluated on the applicability of in our law system as a rule. In addition, the legal status of the tacit rejection and tacit acceptance regulations prescribed in our legislation has been put forward, and the problems raised in the practice of the tacit acts and the court decisions are shed light on.
