Abstract (EN)
The behavior of the injured party (contributory negligence) is one of the situations that eliminates or reduces the liability of the party causing the damage. In cases where the administration is the party causing the damage, the behavior of the injured party affects the liability of the administration. This study aims to examine the concept and scope of the behavior of the injured party, commonly referred to as "contributory negligence" in doctrine and practice, and its effects—particularly on administrative liability arising from the actions of the administration—within the framework of doctrinal views and judicial decisions.
