Amendment as a concept in administrative jurisdiction law

The subject matter of our study is to determine the meaning of the legal concept of amendment of pleadings in terms of all jurisdictions and specific to the administrative jurisdiction. In this context, the concept of amendment of pleadings has been evaluated within the scope of the prohibition of extension or amendment of the case which is the source. The process of entry into the administrative jurisdiction law of the concept of amendment of pleadings, points of view of the judiciary in the context of the existing problems and the process of legal regulation as a result of the decisions of violation of the European Court of Human Rights has been examined. The situation and importance of the legal regulation in administrative jurisdiction is handled with a holistic viewpoint, and solutions have been proposed in the context of the problems which is arising or should arise from the implementation of or in the context of the regulation.
