Abstract (EN)
The aim of this dissertation is to study the scope and results of the application filed pursuant to section 11 of Procedure of Administrative Justice Act. To be able to conduct such study, attempts at categorization of this application under administrative applications were made in the first place. Following such categorization; historical development, terms, results of the application and the effects of the application on the term of litigation were studied. Following such theoretical study of the application, problems coming to the fore relating to the application were studied especially in company with court decisions.
