Abstract (EN)
Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), one of the technologies that aim to produce spatial data, which is used as a base map in many scientific studies, has an increasingly widespread use in many engineering applications, especially in cartography applications. Unmanned aerial vehicle systems, which can meet the high accuracy required in engineering projects and scientific studies such as disaster management, agricultural and forestry activities, monitoring of deformations, planning of rural and urban areas, offer users the opportunity to collect data and produce maps for various aims from this data. It is aimed to produce a high-resolution orthophoto map of the study area in this thesis. In addition, the accuracy of the orthophoto map produced for the areas classified according to different topographic structures in the study area has been examined on the order of cm with GNSS measurements, and its compliance with the standards specified in the regulation has been examined. In the light of the results; Considering the square mean error values of all three axes, it has been examined whether the accuracy values of the products obtained are suitable according to the large-scale map and map information production regulation and it has been determined that these values are within the error limits. Then, the application of examining the accuracy of the produced orthophoto map has been started. When all test points have been examined, the maximum error values in x, y and h directions have been found to be 5.9 cm, 4.5 cm and 4.9 cm, respectively. In addition, the study area is divided into 4 different groups as flat area, sloping area, built-up area and forest area and the accuracy of the test points in each group has been examined separately, and the accuracy of the orthophoto map has been examined for each area. It has been determined that the mean square error values of the test points in the forest area have the highest for all three directions. It has been observed that the test points with the lowest error values are located in the flat area.
