Özet (EN)

Export, which is one of the key concepts of growth for developing countries and development for developed countries; It can be analyzed from different perspectives on the basis of product, company, industry and country. For the purpose of this study, a conceptual model was constructed for the relationships between export performance and firm capabilities, firm's export/resource commitment, firm's international management experience, international competitive strategy and export barriers. In the model, competition intensity, firm agility, firm size and internationalization degrees were considered as control variables. The research hypotheses were analyzed with data collected from 204 companies registered in the Southeastern Anatolian Exporters' Association. According to the analysis, the knowledge capacity of the firm's capabilities and the firm's international management experience negatively affect the internal and external export barriers; It was concluded that the export / resource commitment of the firm and international competitive strategies positively affect the export performance. The firm's ability to identify customers, market knowledge capability, and international experience causes the firm's perception of internal and external export barriers to decrease. The company's ability to differentiate its products, provide low cost advantage and use its resources for export contributes to the company's financial success, strategic positioning and satisfaction.
