The topic of this research, II. Organization for Security and Constitutional Monarchy in the same period in Kastamonu Kastamonu order to assess the situation. Kastamonu province in this study was based on samples, II. Constitutional monarchy in the country in years, how and when the level of the police organization was carried out and what level of security that has been described.
