II. Turkish language and Yusuf Akçura in the Constitutional period

The ideas that emerged from the beginning of the 19th century with the aim of returning to the old glorious days of the Ottoman Empire found advocates to protect the state and new areas to keep these ideas alive. This trend of thought, which is the main element we will focus on in our study, will be "Turkism". II. The Constitutional Era is seen as the appropriate time for this breakthrough and care will be taken to address it on a large scale. From the period in which the idea of Turkism emerged to the developments it has shown, it will be evaluated by considering the conditions of the period. It is one of the important aims and elements of our research to show Yusuf Akçura, one of the prominent representatives of the birth of this idea, as a precedent and to convey the stages by the party of the idea himself. As a matter of fact, it will be a very objective move to reflect the information that Yusuf Akçura has conveyed by filtering from his mind how the history he lived has given him an ideology and that has an effect on the formation in every sense.
