Crime elements in the second Constitutional period

The Crimean War, 93 War, the occupation of Egypt and the independence movements in various regions of the Ottoman geography, which are clear demonstrations of the politics of the Western states, which have risen in the direction of the imperialist and colonial empires, especially since the beginning of the 19th century, military and economic influences, as well as the increasingly weakening of the state authority, has also greatly affected public order and social order. On the one hand, the Ottoman Empire, struggling with wars, riots, and immigrants, has tried to bring the system and society to a position where it can keep pace with the reforms it has been struggling to carry out in almost every field.
