Abstract (EN)

In this study, a comparison of Poland and Turkey in the Interwar Period was made on three issues: Borders, Constitution, and Minorities. In the introduction part of the study, which consists of three parts, the aim, method, and literature part of the thesis are mentioned. In the first chapter, a comparison was made by considering the border issue between the two countries. The method in the first part of the thesis was used for the second part, the Constitution, and the third part, the minority issue. In particular, the issue of borders created by the borders redefined after the First World War was one of the issues that Poland and Turkey dealt with the most in the Interwar Period. The roadmaps followed by the two countries in the solution to this issue were examined in detail and the situations they experienced were discussed in the first section and compared at the end of the section. In the second chapter, the constitutional development processes of the two countries were examined in detail, and at the end of the chapter, a comparison was made on issues such as the functioning and scope of the constitutions. The issue of minorities, which constitutes the third part, is directly related to the issue of borders and is a problem that finds its place in the constitutions of countries. The policies followed by the two countries in solving this problem and the solutions they applied were explained and the process was compared at the end of the chapter.
