Abstract (EN)
The agricultural policy which was followed by Turkish Republic in the period of2nd World War is analyzed in this thesis study. The laws, governmental decrees and otherapplications the government uses which are the main factors that form the agriculturalpolicy are handled in this period. Besides the related subjects such as land reform andagricultural policy in Atatürk period are mentioned.There is no study that covers especially this period. The governmentalorganizations established as a result of the laws acted in this period and their effects onagricultural policy are stated. The government added new agricultural institutes to theexisting ones and attempted to operate them in accordance. Some of the headlines thatreflect this thesis are shown below:? 2nd World War?
