Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out with 35 local chickpea genotypes selected by pure line selection method from 59 local chickpea genotypes collected from Kırşehir province, district, town and villages within the scope of PYO-ZRT.4001.13.010 project and registered by Agricultural Research Institutes in our country. The study was carried out in Kırşehir ecological conditions in order to determine the yield and yield elements of 40 chickpea genotypes, 5 of which were grown, as well as to reveal their quality characteristics. The study, which was carried out in 2021, was established in an augmented trial design with 4 replications, and during the research, the data of 17 characteristics of chickpea genotypes, 3 phrenological, 8 agronomic and 6 quality characteristics, were revealed. As a result of the study, the highest seed yield per plant was obtained from the genotype N-23 collected from Taslık village of Kaman district of Kırşehir province with 5.25 g plant-1, while the lowest seed yield per plant was obtained from the genotype N-24 collected from Bogazevci village of Cicekdagı district of Kırşehir province with 1.44 g plant-1.
