Özet (EN)
Abstract: The research based on the bio-ecological features of Salmo Trutta Labrax (Pallas, 1981) living in the runnels in Ilgaz Watercourse was lasted in one year's time on the main runnels of the basin Saripinar, Obruk, Kizileller Runnels and Ilgaz Watercourse. The effects of seasons on the physico-chemical characteristics of water was determined at seven stations on the runnels and with the help of this scientific data. Guiding to the enterpreneurs of future farming facilities is aimed here. During the process, 36 trout were caught and examined. According to the measurements, water analysis and examinations that are conducted separately for each season, the findings are listed below: 1. Water temperature, one of the most important factors of production, was measured as minimum in February between 4.5 °C, 8 °C, maximum in August 19.1 °C. In spring and fall, the temperature is between these figures. Based on these finding, the degrees generally are favourable for production of trout. It means temperature is not a problem for production. 2. One of other important factor is pH for trout production. The pH was measured between 7.64 and 8.73 at six stations. Only one station, Saripinar, was 8.89 and the reason for not finding any trouts was predicted for this. 3. Total hardness of water cis between 14.4 and 18.8 FrS at seven stations at different times. It means the water is mild-hard water here and it is ideal for producing trout. 4. 36 trout were caught during the research and no other species of Salmo trutta labrax was identified in these runnels pouring to Black Sea. 5. All of these trout were between 1+ year and 4+ years old. There were no younger or older ones. It implies people catch trout intensively. 6. Another important factor of condition on growing up and nourishment (condition rate) was assigned for 1+ old ones 1,19; 2+ old ones 1,31; 3+ ones 1,38 and 4+ ones 1,61; average 1,30. These figures reveals that growth rate is quite well. Also, b number on logarithmic variation curve is 3,4 and it supports the condition results. 7. Based on 6 trout calculation of meat yield, average figure was 60.31%. It was accepted as an average nutrition for the trout. Key Words: Ilgaz River, basin, trout, bioecology, subspecies, Salmo trutta labrax.
