Historical, sociological and philosophical history of the American Constitution as the first constitution

The aim of this study is to examine and determine the social, historical and intellectual events affecting the writing of the American Constitution as the first written constitution. In the first part, the formation of American colonies and the processes of American independence are discussed. In the second part, the texts, thoughts and cases affecting the formation of the American Constitution were tried to be revealed. Finally, the American Constitution and the nature of the American Constitution are examined.
