Managers in primary education institutions, educational examiners' opinions on the activities of the audit is done (Example of the city of Diyarbakır)

In this study,it has been aimed to suggest so that the managers who serve in primary education instutions (primary school,secondary school,imam hatip secondary school), education supervisors evaluate the supervising activities that carried out to themselves and their instutions, being revaled the existing situation,the managers carry out the supervising more objectively and scientifically.In the study, It has been mentioned the importance of education management and supervising, the importance of supervising, the duties and responsibilities of primary education instution?s managers, the duty and authority of education supervisors, the supervising of instution and manager, the opinions of primary education instution?s manahers and supervisors about accomplishing the results of the supervising In the study, the answer of the following questions has been studied1.What are the opinions of primary education instutions managers,which are related with supervising activities in the area of ?phsical situation?about the manager supervising of education supervisors.2.What are the opinions of primary education instutions managers,which are related with supervising activities in the area of ?The proceSs of Education-Intruction?about the manager supervising of education supervisors.3.What are the opinions of primary education instutions managers,which are related with supervising activities in the area of ?Management Tasks?about the manager supervising of education supervisors.4.What are the opinions of primary education instutions managers,which are related with supervising activities in the area of ?self-edification?about the manager supervising of education supervisors.5.Is there a significant variety between the genders,duties,education status,branch and management seniority of primary education instutions managers and the school managers? opinions related with qualifications of supervising activities of education supervisors? In study,the screening type has been carried out.The Study Extent is the managers and manager alternates who served in primary,secondary and imam-hatip secondary in Diyarbakır city center.In study, A two sectioned-questiannaire has been carried out as a means of getting data. In the first section of the questionnaire consist of the personal information questions,and the second section consist of the questions about supervising activities. The datas got by questionnaire has been analysed in computer platform and by using statistics software SPSS (The Statistical Packet for The Social Sciences).T test has been carried out by using frequency(f), percent(%),arithmetic average(x) and standard deviation(Ss) for data?s statistics analysis. Here are the results achieved in the end of study;1.The managers of institutions, institutions primary school "physical condition" controls "medium" are understood to be thought to be sufficient. Executives gender, branch, were significant differences in terms of seniority, and the task observed.2.The managers of institutions, institutions primary school "Education Status" controls "medium" level are of the opinion that that was enough. Executives gender, branch, were significant differences in terms of seniority, and the task observed.3.The managers of institutions, institutions primary school "Management and environmental status" controls "medium" level of thinking that they were adequate. Executives gender, branch, were significant differences in terms of seniority, and the task observed.4.The managers of institutions, institutions primary school "state of self-cultivation" controls "low" level of thinking that they were adequate. Executives gender, branch, were significant differences in terms of seniority, and the task observed.
