Abstract (EN)

In today's modern societis depending on the level of technological development many problems can be mentioned. Some problems such as basically dependencies, alienation and the exchange of value dimensions have large domains especially on the primary level students. The problems observed depending on the on the lack of awareness of the students in using secure technology students internet addiction, accessing the sexual content videos, optaining the personal information, of others such as e-mail, etc., unethical behaviours such as pirated software and accessing to the unappropriate information fort he mental and physical development are mentioned. In this case called as technology axis alination is analyzed the role of parental attitudes. For examing to these mentioned problems, a study in the scanning pattern which is a quantitative study was performed. The survey was carried out on the selected from the secondary school seventh grade students continuing the education on 2014-2015 academic year in the central district of Düzce. The obtained datas are analyzed descriptively benefiting from frequency distributions, percentages, cross tables, means, t-test and ANOVA tests in accordance with the assumptions of the thesis.
