Abstract (EN)
In this research, the problems encountered by the teachers working in Religious Vocational High Schools were discussed and it has been tried to put forward what the common problems of our teachers are and how these problems affect education. In our study, semi-constructivist interview technique has been used as a data collection tool together with qualitative research method. The purpose of using this technique is to enable teachers to share their thoughts more easily. Kastamonu Province has been chosen as the study group. Kastamonu city centre and its districts have been visited and 41 vocational course teachers working at Religious Vocational High Schools have been interviewed. In our study, it has been established that teachers had the most problems with students and parents in the field of education and training. These problems seem to have been directly related to the education system. When we go down to the causes of all problems, it has been realized that these problems are multi-dimensional and trigger each other.
