Abstract (EN)
In my research, one of the leading Hanafi scholars in the history of Islamic law, Muhammad b. Şüca es-Selci I worked on determining views on the science of fiqh and comparing them with the views of other sects. Information about Muhammed b. Şüca es-Selci's life and works were collected, arranged, and correct and incorrect were indicated. It was tried to determine how much he was affected by this situation by examining the period in which the author lived in political, social and scientific terms. His works, the teachers he took lessons and the students he trained were introduced. The fiqh issues in which the author expressed his opinion were compiled and appropriately titled. Those who accept their views are indicated. In addition, the opinions and evidences of other sects were stated and opened for discussion, and our own opinion was expressed. After all, It has been revealed that is Muhammad b. Şüca es-Selci is a scholar with taqwa and worship, and a mujtahid who has the faculty of ijtihad and preference.
