İmpalsif hiperbolik denklemlerde Sturm teorisi

In this thesis, the Sturmian theory in impulsive hyperbolic equations was investigated. Some Sturm-type comparison results for hyperbolic equations on a rectangular region in the plane and on a rectangular prism in 3-space under the impulse effects with fixed moment were obtained. The results obtained in Chapter 2, extend the results of Kreith (1969) and Kreith (1973) for Sturmian comparison results on hyperbolic equations to linear and nonlinear hyperbolic equations under fixed moment of impulse effects on a rectangle. Chapter 3 deals with new Sturmian comparison results for hyperbolic equations on a rectangular prism under the appropriate initial conditions. In Chapter 4, new Sturmian comparison results for a pair of linear impulsive hyperbolic equations on a rectangular prism having fixed moments of impulse actions were presented. Obtained results to nonlinear impulsive hyperbolic equations were extended. In the last chapter, some conclusions and recommendations about exciting problems those would have interesting results in future were gave.
