Abstract (EN)

From 17. century coming to existence of new scientific developments accompanied science philosophers started to discussions on how to distinguish scientific propositions from metaphysics ones. That problem replaced by matter that how to do discrimination between scientific and non-scientific in 20th. century. In that a period, different scientific understandings started to come up. The first of the new understandings is logical positivism. Logical positivists who are also known as Vienne Circle assert all manner of metaphysics propositions are nonsense. According to them, firstly thing to be done is to determine a criteria about what are science and pseudoscience. The criteria is Verifiability Principle. That's why logical positivists ignored metaphysics, rationalists attached them and there was a discrepancy in themselves at the same time. Because of these reasons, they went down in the science world, even they collapsed. To be a scientific theory, according to Karl Popper who claimed it is necessary measurement of its falsifiability not its verifiability coherent propositions have to contain a falsifiable singular situation in empirical and factual fields. In 1960s losing of verifiability and falsifiability principles' influence of that criteria were caused by Paul Feyerabend who is one the science philosophers. He defends that there isn't only one method in science and only principle which doesn't prevent to scientific improving is Anything goes principle. Thomas Kuhn who is one of the contemporary science philosophers criticized modern scientific understanding and premediated that science isn't cumulative and progressing straight, but he defended that science is progressing as a result of scientific revolution. Kuhn put a paradigm conception and a new scientific understanding was brought into philosophy of science by him. Like Popper and Kuhn, other one of the researchers on scientific knowledge is Imre Lakatos. According to Lakatos, not being rational criteria for scientific knowledge was relativized natural sciences developing sciences such as social sciences, ethics and science fields were too and this caused dangerous results. Due to that, Lakatos defends the importance of determining a criteria to distinguish scientific knowledge from non-scientific one. He says that history of science has to be known for philosophy of science well and philosophy of science has to be known for history of science well. Lakatos says that there aren't certain verification and certain falsification in science; according to him, science is fallible at the same time. He advocates that there aren't certain and unchangeable methods in science. Due to his ideas, he affected to Feyerabend. Lakatos asserted that science is progressing rationally; he is against to Popper and Kuhn, but tried to syntheses between them. Lakatos tackles the problem of evaluation of scientific developing as rational considering to progressing and degenerating problem change in scientific theory series. He defends that scientific developing is occurred by research programmes and because of both empiric and theoretical of a research program progressing, science is improving.
