Abstract (EN)

This study aims to analyze and study the role and effect of changes in zinc levels on inhibin B and AMH concentrations on semen parameters in men with infertility or fluctuating infertility. Changes in zinc levels will be studied, thus determining the effect of these changes on the rest of the study parameters on semen parameters in adult males. Our study will include three study groups: Group A-O consists of 50 with oligospermia; Group B-A consists of 50 males with azoospermia; and Group C-HG consists of 50 control groups (150 participants). Age undoubtedly influences male fertility. "Like any other organ, the testicles lose some of their function as we age. When we conducted our study to determine the effect of age, the results indicated that age is important for male infertility. Researchers have linked excess weight in men to infertility, poor semen quality, and changes in testosterone and estrogen levels. We investigated whether heavier men are more likely to be infertile and how sexual function may mediate this relationship. The results indicated that the second group showed moderate weight loss, indicating the importance of normal weight loss for sperm quality and effectiveness. The results showed that testosterone levels dropped in the second and third groups. This shows how important it is to keep testosterone levels in the normal range for good sperm quality, number, and effectiveness. During our study, we looked at the effects of AMH and INHB. The second and third groups showed how important it was to keep AMH and INHB levels in the normal range. This showed how important they were for sperm activity, numbers, and effectiveness. Hyperlipidemia is when your serum total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein (LDL-c), very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL), triglycerides (TGs), or HDL-c levels go up or down. This can affect the number and quality of your sperm. It is important that total cholesterol remains within the normal range to ensure sperm quality, numbers, and effectiveness. This was demonstrated by the results of our study to determine the effect of cholesterol, which showed that group 2 had a mean cholesterol and standard deviation, while group 3 had a mean cholesterol and standard deviation. According to the findings of our investigation into the impact of zinc, the second and third groups had average zinc levels and modest standard deviations in comparison to the control group. This illustrated how important it is for zinc levels to be within the typical range in order to guarantee sperm efficacy, quantity, and quality. The male reproductive process depends on trace elements because of their significant molecular activity, despite the fact that they are known to exist in the body in tiny amounts. Second only to iron, zinc is the most common element in human tissues
