Abstract (EN)

In the changing and developing world order, many segments of the society take their share from this change. However, the economic sector is considered as the institution most affected by the technological developments. New technologies have led to the breakdown of many memorization and the emergence of new habits in all markets of the economic sector. The development of new technologies as an indispensable element in the life of mankind has led to a change in the production and consumption habits in the goods and services markets, thus changing the supply and demand of labor in factor markets. In this sense, the course of the relationship between technology indicators and the most important and also macroeconomic indicator of the labor market is examined in order to observe how technological developments in factor markets, which are the main markets of microeconomic order, can create or affect. In the study, with the thought that the technological developments experienced will affect all markets of the economy; emerging market economies; China, South Korea, Malaysia, Russia, Thailand, Colombia, Egypt, Pakistan, Greece and Turkey belongs, unemployment, rate of spending on R & D in GDP, the proportion of high-tech products in the export data set is used. Analysis; Eviews and Gauss Program and Panel VAR method. In this study, the unemployment rate as the dependent variable, the ratio of R & D expenditures to GDP as the independent variable and the ratio of high-tech product exports to total exports were taken. The causality test results showed that there was a one-way causality relationship from R & D expenditures to unemployment rate and high technology product exports and from high technology product exports to unemployment rate. Panel VAR-effect graphs showed that increases in R & D and high-tech exports had a decreasing effect on unemployment rate, albeit low. According to the variance decomposition table, the lagged values of the unemployment rate variable explain the unemployment rate at a high level, while the explanatory aspects of the other variables are at a low level.
