The main source of createadded value and economic growth is innovationability which based on the human mind and new ideas, defined as the generate new knowledge, use and disseminationability in the economic system that information is heavily used. Innovation has become the largest power of companies in the way of achieving a competitive advantage, and rapidly globalizing and become the domain of a small village in the World. Inshort,innovation that we can define as that the business of making money consistently and implementation of a continuous and creative ideas also it has a huge importance for the future of innovation in the countries. We focus on started on the definition of innovation, types of innovation, innovationpolicy, regional and national innovation system issues. Inaddition, regional and actors and strategies needed for the establishment of national innovation systems we real so investigated. We was deduced with this survey , university technopark and innovation perception of the companies operating in innovation, impact on the innovation practices of regional cooperation, the level of importance they attach to innovation, which projects with a regional basis in the business units, the company signed its innovation efforts, technoparks, individuals and the institutions of the innovation perception is at what level, and this perception depending on the extent of knowledge and innovation is changing the application level, that consists of the importance and application for the degree of innovation and innovative application which factors in what is now the scale. As a result of the findings has been shown the innovation information on a regional basis in the level of cooperation tha tseriously effected.
