Contractor evaluation system in construction project biddings

Nowadays investigations on effective contractor evaluation systems to consider issues besides price are being carried out in construction sector. As a result of these investigations, legal regulations are being formed, the public procurement systems of countries are being reshaped. In this process, the performance of the contractor in the ongoing and finished projects is taken as an important indicator for the projects that the contractor will conduct afterwards. Hence, a web-based, online, transparent and objective system have been designed to evaluate contractor performance in construction project biddings.
