Abstract (EN)
The facades are the most prominent elements that reflect the life of the region, social structure and economic status of the building owner. Facades are changing and developing rapidly in parallel with the developing technology. In this thesis, it is aimed to present the historical development, classification, components, types, production and assembly stages of glass fiber reinforced precast concrete facade panels, which are facade cladding element. It is aimed to examine 4 different buildings in Ankara where glass fiber reinforced precast concrete facade panels are used. As a result of the thesis, the advantages and disadvantages of the panels to the buildings were determined. As a result; It has been determined that glass fiber reinforced precast concrete panels are more advantageous than other panels in terms of both aesthetics and statics.
