All zones worldwide are working through a once again industrial revolution which is called "Industry 4.0". It is proposed to have a huge impact on engineering, commercial, standards of livelihood. With the rise and spread of technologies, companies are investing in Construction Technologies (C-techs). Still, the success of construction technologies relies on engineers' acceptance and adoption of technologies. Not much exploration has recently been done to confirm the procedure of in what way corporate engineers use and take up construction technology. This study makes known the significance of cultural comparison and adaptation of emerging technologies. The study aims to investigate the problem of culture's role in using and agreeing to take innovative technologies in construction companies. The research investigates the influence of an individual's role in agreeing to use emerging technology in establishments which is not being done much to our knowledge within the construction context. Previous investigations reveal culture is the significant obstacle in acceptance of novel techs. Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) was applied as a prototype for approving of emerging techs, even though cultural measurements a prominent philosophy by Hofstede were applied. The outcomes of the data analysis disclose that most of the hypotheses are supported. The study recommends that pass on of emerging techs are most to be expected to be effective if the groups are culturally associated. The results of the research illustrate that culture has a significant influence on the intention to use emerging techs. Overall 600 questionnaires were circulated 300 engineers from India and 300 from Turkey respectively, out of which 490 returned signifying 81% comeback percentage. Subsequently repeated comebacks diagnosis for misplaced data, retained 462 questionnaires for examination. These contained 248 Turkish participants and 214 Indian participants.
