Abstract (EN)
In this study, training with animation technique which is a new technique in health and safety in construction was implemented. In this training, the change in perception of the workers of safety wasquestioned by making the workers watch animation of accidents at work. As the instrument, a survey was administered. Two surveys were given to the 51 workers in Eskişehir as preand post survey before and after the training. SPSS 15.00 (Statistical Package fo The Social Sciences) was used to calculate the data collected out of the questionnaires. Finally, by defining the general opinions and perceptions of the workers of health and safety, the consciousness formed after the training was determined.As it is seen in data analysis, there is meaningful relations in animated training and awareness of occupational safety. İt is accepted that when the technique is implemented extensively, the deficit in the perception of safety in construction sites will be closed.KeyWords: Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Training, SafetyCulture, Training withAnimation, Construction Sector
