Abstract (EN)
In this study, the chemical content of 22 different building materials used in the construction sector measured wiht wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometry. In the analysis of building materials, mainly Ca, O, S and Si elements were observed. Accordingly, oxide compounds such as SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, MgO, Fe2O3 and SO3 were detected in abundance. The results obtained are evaluated both physically and in terms of construction and environmental engineering and aimed to increase the quality of life autso, experimental setup and sample preparation method used in study are presented.
