Abstract (EN)
The three main objectives of construction projects are; cost, time and quality performance goals. Within these main targets, quality performance can be ignored from time to time according to the other two targets. The quality objective, which can remain in the shadow of time and cost objectives, is in fact as important as the other two purposes. Failure in quality performance; it requires correction and reproduction. Correction and rebuilding means a new cost and time loss. Therefore, it is important to determine the success and failure factors that determine quality performance. The aim of the study is to determine the factors that determine the quality performance in construction projects. In other words, in this study, it is aimed to determine the basic factors that should be taken into consideration in order to achieve the desired quality level in construction projects. The projects that will be carried out taking into account the factors to be found are expected to produce satisfactory results for customers and employers. Construction companies aim to achieve high quality performance by taking steps to highlight success factors in their organizations or by taking measures to eliminate failure factors.
