The solution system of contract disputes of make sell system in construction sector

In the countries that has exceeded economically a certain level, the private sector is largely becoming shareholder. This situation is forced consructive firms and landowners to work together in constructive work. Contract disputes were seen in environments that has not been set the rights and the forms of work by law.The general trend is to take job by makig make-sell contracts in the projects which private sector is not the landowner. Being so precious values of lands in city centers leads contractors to this type of system that has no pay for land. The lack of a clear rule about the system and the concept of constructive firm specializes raises many problemsIt?s a particular reality that in make-sell system which is implemented in our country conflicts are experiencing in contracts. Relevant municipalities, notaries and chambers are agree on that system needs to a specific regulation. The concept of constructive firm may be removed from a business concept that all equity firms can do to be an organization with expertise is required.In this study, 82 cases were investigated that has contract disputes in make-sell system .Very common problems of them are investigated by narrating in a way.
