Abstract (EN)

The construction sector is a sector which is intertwined with human life. There is construction industry in every field imaginable. Because of it concerns human life directly, in construction sector, everything should be followed carefully and the necessary controls should be made. But, there is a limit for these controls, it cannot extend to every area of the industry. In this case, professionals in construction sector must have ethical behaviors. With this ethical approach everything could be appropriate to standards and closer to the truth. In the absence of ethical behaviors fraud, forgery, bribery and misbehaviors are common in construction sector. Within this context, this study investigates the differences between public and private sector professionals attitudes against business ethics in construction sector. The purpose of the study is to obtain the ideas of professionals in construction sector against business ethics and to see how these ideas have been applied within the context of public and private sectors.
