Özet (EN)

Using Electromagnetic waves are increasing day by day depends technology developing rapidly last years. Therefore the studies about the electromagnetic pollution, its on effects on organisms and information security created by electromagnetic waves have increased. Thus the electromagnetic wave absorption or reflection of building materials has been a major subject. In this study, the new materials consisting of waste matellic particles added building materials were investigated. For this purpose, 7 separate samples were prepared including waste steel, chrome or iron particles instead of the same amount of volume of sand and their shielding effectiveness and dielectric constants were evaluated. The measurements were done the range of 4.90-7.05 GHz due to the new radar and GSM technologies. As a result, the sample consists of 10% steel particles has shielding effectiveness more 2 dB than the sample consists of 60% iron particles and the sample consists of 10% steel particles has shielding effectiveness more 16 dB than the sample including any metal particles.
