Abstract (EN)

Nowadays the process of choosing human resource has become one of the most important criterias that affect the success, permanance and development of organizations. For this reason, the quality of the organization?s human resource is generally based on the success in the process of choosing human resource. The most common technique of choosing the right staff for the right work, in other words, choosing the individuals who have the suitable qualifications for performing the work is interview.The election and acceptance of the staff that is needed in every field according to the goal and purposes of the organizations is fundamental, indisputable and very significant issue. Understanding properly, choosing the appropriate methods and applying them have great importance for the organizations in order to be able to achieve their strategic aims. In this respect, the increase in the importance that is given to interview in business world and the perception of the individuals as a resource have featured a lot of factors in the evalutaion process. Looking through carefully these effective factors and not making wrong choices is necessary for preventing interview mistakes.The other methods that have been used in the process of choosing human resource are mentioned in this study; but the mistakes that have been made in general and the solution suggessions have presented by emphasizing the interview which is the most widespread method. The first three sections include literature review of various resources. Interview process and the mistakes that have been done during this process have been looked through in the fourth section.
