In this method, Leaders and employees have changed the feedback ways at all levels of the organizations, in which is made a better quality of knowledge by themselves. The new model that is set forth has turned it upside down.People are affected by the multi-feedback which is coming from the entire sector in relation to the employees than the knowledge of a single source. This work is based on the system which appraises the multidimensinal high performance of manpower and presents directors a wide perspective. Due to the feed-back, in this model one will have various information about her/his personal performance. The activity is increased in the areas where data of the knowledge is used.
