Human resources management activities and a research in Malatya organized industrial zone

Human Resources Management is a business function which gains importance and isincreasingly used. Human Resources Management is one of the most important businessfunctions in adjusment of staff and organization. In addition, Human Resources Managementserves to better job satisfaction of employees and productivity of organization.In order to achieve objectives, goals and to stand cruel rivalry, organizations need enoughnumber of productive, qualified and consistent employees. That can be accomplished onlythrough an efficient Human Resources Management.In this study, Human Resources Management activities conducted by small and mediumsize textile business in Malatya Organized Industrial Zone were evaluated. Present status wasestablished and some suggestions were made.
