Effects of personnel empowerment on organizational performance in human resources

It is very important to use effectively human resources for an organization in nowadays markets. Personnel and personnel empowerment concepts are important equipments which are used for effective using of human resources, and researches which are focused on this area are increasing its importance day by day.On the other hand a great deal of these developed strategies and academic articles are focused on organizational performance. Nowadays, firms are seen as organizations, and a great deal of researches on comunication within organization, performance increasing, and researches focused on quality enhancements are directed to organization performance.In this research, personnel empowerment and organizational performance relations were experimantally examined, and some effects of this relation on human resources were evaluated. Both two concepts were evaluated in terms of human resources, and strategical situations, direction of this relation and its probable other situations were examined. At the conceptual stage of research, human resources management and its collectral concepts were discussed within literature in detail and after source scans, personnel concept, personnel management and subconcepts of these topics were discussed.
