A comparative research related to e-transformation and e-postings in the human resources

Human resources management is composition of activities in order to find out the most effective workforce, develop and to maintain the continuity of this for the organisation.Today, some of the functions of human resources managament were transferred to electronic environment by being affected from the globalization and technological developments.The recruitment function from the human resource management functions moved the actions to the electronic environment according to the age requirements and were converted into e-recruitment functions.In the first chapter of this research the functions of human resources was examined and the employment function was studied in detais In the second chapter, the transformation of human resources and e-recruitment and placement as the result of this process were investigated and the transformation of human resources as a result of e-recruitment placement were investigated. In the third and final chapters, the job postings in finding job site in Turkey, depending on specific parameters in a comparative format were examined and is tried to explain how this transformation occurred in the process of recruitment in Turkey
