Abstract (EN)
In this study, information about clinical research and its history has been given, also the emergence of national-international legislation, rules and our evaluations on these have been included. From the beginning to the end of the research, ethical problems that may have been experienced by volunteers are discussed. The structure and functioning of the ethics committees, which has important role in clinical research, and the administrative supervision of their decisions are evaluated. In addition to this, evaluations also have been made in the field of criminal law in terms of experimental and trial medical interventions on human beings. Therefore in this study, considering the ethical problems encountered in clinical research, a general evaluation is made in terms of legislation.
