Abstract (EN)

From the early days onwards, there is a problem relationship between human and animal that continues today. Today, examples of victimization from animal to human and human to animal are often encountered. In this respect, research is aimed at understanding the changing nature of the relationship between human and nature, from a comparative analysis of human victimization and animal-borne human victimization The relationship between man and animal has become more controversial today. The research consists of four parts to analyze this problematic relationship between man and animal. The first section contains the methodological dimension of the research. In the second part, a conceptual and theoretical framework was presented to establish the relationship between human and animal, and the relationship between human and animal is analyzed. The third part is to address the historical transformation of the relationship between human and animal through rights. The fourth part is presented with findings and analyzed the nature of the relationship between man and animal. In the public opinion, the media has been selected as an indication that the relationship between man and animal has been discussed, and the rhetoric around human and animal victimization has been analyzed.
