Abstract (EN)

The 21st Century era has seen the growth of advanced technologies most so internet banking technology ever since it experimented in 1980's. Despite the numerous advanced technologies, internet banking is one of the latest banking services for conducting financial intermediaries via the internet (Venkatesh al, 2013). Traditional branch-based banking remains a widespread method for a banking transaction. However, bank customers are gradually shifting from the traditional branch-based banking system to modern internet banking services. The researcher designed online structured google document questionnaires as a suitable medium to reach the desired sample of internet users. A total of 113-sample size was used to analyze the data analysis. Before the data was analysed, an exploratory factor loading was done to provide the researcher with a tool to analyse the structure of the inter-relationship (correlation) among a large number of variables (Hair et al, 2010). The researcher retained factor loadings of >.50 and the cross-loadings communities of ±.30 and ±.40 are deleted after the VARIMAX. The findings of the study were based on linear regression with a significant level of 5% (α=0.05) and confidence interval of 95% for data analysis. Linear regression coefficient statistics results indicated that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, self-efficacy, security and privacy Perceived Risk and perceived trustworthy are statistically significant as there is there strongly correlation toward internet banking. However, Government Support is not statistically significant for the study.
