Abstract (EN)
Purpose: In this study; it was aimed to examine the physical and physiological changes of the 6-week interval training in elite male athletes, what kind of factors are related to the differences in their performance and whether the biochemical and hematologic parameters are affected or to what extent the athletes are affected. Material and Method: For this study in determination of hematologic and physiological responses with 6 weeks training program; there are 22±2 aged among 25 national team athletes with at least 7-8 years sports background and actively do sports in Turkey Athleticism Federation clubs, in the basis of voluntariness 15 athletes will be included in this study in the following criterion (n=15). Biochemical and hematologic parameters of athletes measured in accordance with pretest and posttest models in the laboratory environment. In the result of conducted normality testing in parametric tests while paired samples t test were used, in the nonparametric tests the Wilcoxon tests were used. And the P<0.05 was accepted statistically meaningful. Findings: In the result of comparison of pretest and posttest average values of biochemical and hematologic parameters of Athletes there was no statistically meaningful difference found in these values; Total Cholesterol, Erythrocythe (RBC), Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH), Glucose, Leucocyte (WBC), Iron Binding Capacity (IBC), HDL- Cholesterol, Thrombocyte (PLT), Creatine Kinase (CK), LDL- Cholesterol, Hemoglobin (HGB) and Growth Hormone (GH). Result: According to these results, sports scientists, coaches and athletes are recommended to follow a method considering the data observed in the measured biochemical and hematological parameters while preparing training programs or to measure other parameters different from these parameters.
