Abstract (EN)

RETROSPECTIVE COMPARISION OF EFFECT OF LIDOCAINE-SALINE AND LIDOCAINE ADDING DEXKETOPROFEN TROMETAMOL AND LIDOCAINE ?SALINE WITH IV DEXKETOPROFEN TROMETAMOL FROM NONOPERATION ARM IN INTRAVENOUS REGIONAL ANAESTHESIA. This study was perfomed by examining anaesthesia file record of seventy five patients that ASA 1-2, aged between 18-60 years, and were applied regional intravenous anaesthesia for hand or forearm surgery.Patient were divided into three groups;1)Patients who were given lidocaine (3mg/kg) intravenously from operation arm were accepted as control, 2) Patients who were given lidocaine (3mg/kg) + dexketoprofen trometamol (50 mg) intravenously from operation arm were defined as D-IVRA, 3) Patients who were given 50 mg dexketoprofen trometamol intravenously from nonoperation arm and lidocaine (3mg/kg) from operation arm defined as D-IV.Patients of heart rate, main arterial pressure, periferic oxygene saturation, VAS, RSS, MBS, motor and sensoriyal block begining and ending time, intraoperative and postoperative analgesic requirement were examined by file record. Patient and surgeon pleasure was investigated. D-IVRA group of VAS score was lower than control group, at the pursuit times after deflation of tourniquet time postoperatively.D-IV group of VAS score was lower than control group at the time of tourniquet deflation. Postoperatively at thirtieth minute and first hour, D-IVRA group of VAS score was low when compared D-IV group. After tourniquet deflation, D-IVRA group?s sensory block recovery timewas short versus D-IV group.Bromage value of D-IVRA group was high versus control and D-IV groups at fifth and tenth minutes after begining of surgery. Motor block recovery time of D-IVRA group was longer than control and D-IV groups. From the point of view of anaesthesia qualty, pleasure of surgeon was higher than control group in D-IVRA and D-IV groups. As a conclusion;Addition of dexketoprofen trometamol to lidocine in RİVA, decreased VAS values almost all pursuit time postoperatively, shortened sensory onset time, prolonged motor block recovery time and increased pleasure of surgeon .
