Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of five chapters. The first part is divided into the introduction. In the second part, intuitionistic fuzzy sets and some basic concepts are given. In the third chapter, intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces are examined. In the fourth chapter, intuitionistic fuzzy groups were investigated. Finally, in the fifth chapter, intuitionistic fuzzy topological groups were studied.
