Abstract (EN)
This thesis will evaluate the visits to Europe where Nasıruddin Shah and his son Muzafferüddin Shah, who were on the throne of Iran between 1873-1905, lived. In the study, important developments in the periods of the two Iranian Shahs, the reasons for the European visits were explained, and detailed information was given about the schedules of the Shahs' European visits and how they were met in the countries to visit. As a result of the six European visits in 1873, 1878, 1889, 1900, 1902 and 1905, it was focused on what kind of change was brought about in Iran. In the study, the documents in the Presidency Ottoman Archives, research works Important newspapers of the period such as Basiret, İkdam and Sabah were used.
